BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATIONS

The Warsaw City Council had an extended discussion at the council meeting concerning building permits, there are too many projects started before applying for a permit. The city does not want to slow down improvements or new construction in the community. The risk of beginning before a permit is approved is if a serious problem develops the city maybe required to have the project altered after the fact. No penalties have been discussed, but everyone needs to step up and follow the procedure on building permits to improve our life and allow us to continue with the present program.
